The Leadership Academy selects leaders who want opportunities to lead, help at camp, be a role model, and desire to learn while having fun.
Our Quest Leaders must demonstrate a high-level of role model behaviors to secure a space in the Leadership Program. Any camper in our upper camp for children aged 11+ are eligible to be promoted to the leadership program throughout the course of camp.
